Cobitek provides web development, design, and digital consulting services. This includes but is not limited to custom website development, performance optimization, SEO services, maintenance and support, and monthly retainer services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cobitek or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Work created by Cobitek for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Cobitek retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for projects are outlined in individual proposals and contracts. For one-time projects, payment is typically split into milestones. Monthly retainer services are billed on a recurring basis.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cobitek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Service Guarantees

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Monthly retainer clients may cancel their service at any time with 30 days notice. One-time project terms are outlined in individual contracts.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
